Suggest Treatment For Oligo Terato Asthenozoospermia
Hi Doc, I am just from collecting my semen analysis test and the results are as follows: Appearance: grey-white S-Volume: 1.5ml S-Viscosity less than 5mm ph: 8.0 Sperm concentration: 4.2mill/ml Total Sperm count:6.3million Normal Sperm count: 0.04mill/ml Round cells: 0.0 Mill/ml Leucocytes:0.0 Mill/ml Erythrocytes: Absent Total Motality: 32% Forward Progression 2 (moderate) Motility Index 88 Morthology: 3% Comment: Oligo terato as well as asthenozoospermic ejaculate. Please Advise: Can this be treated?

I really appreciate your concern, the given report seems to be oligospermia, I would advise to repeat the test after the abstinence period (No ejaculation ) of at least 15 days and it will give correct report "For conception a single sperm needed" hope this information helps.
