Suggest Treatment For Ocular Migraine In An Elderly Person
I have had occasional ocular migraines for 20 + years but they are getting much more frequent...almost daily. I am 80 yrs old and had catarac surgery 2 years ago on both eyes. I already take a beta blocker to control raynauds. Any advice as to reason for frequency and treatment?

You could add amitriptyline(Elavil) to reduce frequency of migraine
Start dose with 10mg at night only it may be increased upto 25mg
