Suggest Treatment For Numbness On Nose After An Injury

I had fell on Saturday off the side of some steps at a friends house with no rail on my face! I have two black eyes and and the swelling is going down alot. I am going to a eye doctor tomorrow. but my nose only the left side only a partial of my nose is numb. Do you think its numb because of the swelling?

The numbness can be because of the pressure over thething to be nerve by the swelling or fractured bone. The black eye is also because of the bleeding in the soft tissues secondary to trauma. Nothing to be panic, consult a oral and maxillofacial surgeon and get it evaluated. Mean while you can take a nerve regenerating drugs like vitamin B6 and B12.
