on both of my feet i started to feel numbness on the outside edge and up behind the ankle. as of two days ago. it has not increased or decreased . i am a 47 year old male 175lbs and am very active. run 2-4 miles each morning. worked out in gym and did some crunches on a tilted board two days ago. typically dont do that. later that day as i was driving i felt the numbness come on.
