Suggest Treatment For Numbness In Arm And Chest Pains

I am 24, 110 lbs and 5'3". I have no serious conditions listed about my heart officially but when going through stress a year ago I had my arm go numb, had lost breath and even fainted while having chest pains. That is all over and done with, but I recently had three -very- powerful thumps in my chest as if someone punched me from the inside. I heard the sound up in my head, and the source it is where my heart is. It's pain is mild, as if I overextended something but not too far. I wonder if it's related? I am a bit worried about going out now to this one place downtown since I don't want to have anything happen on the way since I'd be alone.
