Suggest Treatment For Nosebleeds, Headache And Weakness

I have had what feels like a sinus headache for about a week now. 3 or 4 days ago, I started getting nosebleeds that are getting progressively worse in terms of amount of blood and duration. I have no energy and neither Tylenol or sedafed are helping the headache. Should I go to y doctor?
