Hi,

The nose bleeding has been stopped. So any mild injury can be responsible for that which is being healed in this last few days.

The blood in saliva can commonly due to local oral lesions like periodontitis or gingivitis. For that your local oral examination has to be done.

If no oral cause identified than chest x-ray and PT, APTT like further investigation can be planned.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
