Suggest Treatment For Nose Bleeding And Pain In Head After Injury

So I was wrestling and got hit in the nose by someones leg which caused my head to smack against the ground. I saw stars and then my nose started to bleed. My head hurts now (about and hour after the incident) and someone said I might have a concussion but I'm not sure.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, there appears to be a concussion, a type of head injury.
I advise you to consult a neurosurgeon for diagnosis. You may need to have an M.R.I. and other tests for diagnosis.
Though it is not there, it is compulsory to to have a consultation, to exclude concussion, as it may elicit symptoms after 24 hours.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
