Suggest Treatment For Nose Bleed And Headache

I fell down some stairs and less than two days later, my nose bled for a brief period (I mistakenly took Advil about 9 hours before this occured) . I felt mostly okay, though I ve had a dull, constant headache where I hit my head. Now, almost five days into it, my nose bled again and now my neck is stiff. I am not nauseated, though I have no appetite and I am feeling very lethargic in general. Should I be concerned?

Hello
Welcome to Health care magic.

I reviewed your history. It seems from the history that you are having nose bleed following a injury. My response to your question is as below.
Nasal bleed is called as epistaxis and it requires evaluation to assess the treatment accordingly. Hence this requires examination by ENT surgeon.

Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
Hope this answers your question.
Do write back to me for further questions.
