Dear Dr, I am 23 year old, 57 kg weight boy. Yesterday I fill first time night fall . I am very afraid with this kindly guide me regarding night fall is any personal health problem or any thing I can do it from home. One concern is how do I get to know my penis is only 4 while erected and 1 width I am also worried about size as well. Kindly guide me how to know penis is heathy or not. Hello dear Understand your concern Do not worry. Nocturnal emission is common problem in this age group who are not sexually active. It does not indicate any health problem. Seminal fluid production is continuous process. If you do not do regular masturbation and sex then it will come out unknowingly particularly in night. So I advice you to do moderate masturbation regularly (3-4/week). Size of penis not important. Erection nature and time of erection during sex is important. 4 inch size is normal during erection. Avoid stress, eat healthy diet rich in proteins, vitamin and antioxidant (fresh fruits, almonds, green leafy vegetables), do regular exercise like walking, yoga,running in the morning.
