Suggest Treatment For Night Sweats During Menopause

I am not sure if I may have a virus or if the feverish feeling I am having is due to the start of menopause. I have been getting night sweats for the last 3-4 weeks. But in the last several days I have also been feeling very warm during the day. But I do feel like I may be catching a cold/flu. There are quite a few people sick at work and home right now. But nothing seems to be coming of the cold. I have a little scratchy throat, but that might be because i have been sleeping with my mouth open. Because my nose is a little stuffy and I seem to have quite a bit of post nasal drip going on. So not quite sure if it s a virus or menopause starting to kick in. I will be 50 in December so the timing seems appropriate for MP.
