sir m in bangalore n doing job in a company. i wanna know about my penis treatment in Bangalore . due to some wrong things i hv made my penis very weak n now m 22 years old n from last 5 to 6 year night fall is taking place n i can't help it . Can u give me some suggestions regarding it. i'll be very very thankful to u for this.....

Nocturnal ejaculation or as you refer to it as Night fall could be problematic and leads to lethargy (body weakness) if excessive.

It has been suggested avoiding spicy foods, healthy lifestyle and sport could help diet, urinate before going to bed, avoid constipation, avoid over sexual stimulation like porn, and mediate with some breathing exercise before going to bed.
