Suggest Treatment For Neuropathy In The Hands And Feet

I am an 85 yr old lonely widow. I live alone and have neuropathy in my hands and feet, vascular insufficiency, and knees that should be replaced. So I can not get around much. I still can drive and do go places to be able to sit and watch kids or people with their dogs, etc. Still alone So I have become depressed and my doctor want me to take vilazodone. I am also not a good med. taker. And am terrified to try new stuff. Currently I take, Plavix, lisinipril, avorastatin, lyrica ,meloxicam and 81 mg. aspirin. Iunderstand this med does not come into full play for about a month, but do the side effect (if any) start right away . My dr. knows my fears and suppposedly is trying for a mild , safe med. I am still afraid.
