Suggest Treatment For Neck Pain, Swallowing Difficulty And Tiredness

My neck is hurting and I have a slight problem swallowing but my throat feels fine. I do take thyroid medication but they have changed it 5 times in the last year and they still can t get me regulated. I am so tired all the time and can t control my weight. I can t exercise because of back issues that I go to pain management and therapy for. Is there anything I can do differently so I can feel good again?
