Suggest Treatment For Neck Pain And Pressure Build-up In Ears

I was in a car crash 8 weeks ago since this I have had in and off pain in my neck I had 3 weeks of physio 30 mins session since my last physio on Friday I have had what feels like a trapped nerve in my neck on the right side now I can hear grinding in top central of my neck and have pressure build up in my ears please help

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of Neck pain and build up of pressure in the ears after an accident, the car crash 8 weeks ago.
You have varied symptoms of feeling of trapped nerve in the neck on the right side, can hear grinding in top central of your neck and have pressure built up in ears.

I would think of the following reasons to have these problems:
Car accident is a high velocity accident and one would never know what sort of injuries can creep up later as the most painful and life-threatening injuries alone are taken care of in the initial period.

Hence with the problems you have mentioned I would suggest you the following:
Get an MRI of the neck done to get a correct diagnosis.
This may show the reasons for your symptoms of the pain, nerve pinching as well as the grinding sounds.
Get an opinion of an ENT Surgeon for clinical evaluation, examination for the reasons of feeling of build up of pressure in the ears and get treated accordingly.
