Suggest Treatment For Nausea,dizziness And Body Ache

I have been very naseau te last three days weather I wake up, through out the day, or even night time. I barely can eat and when I do I get a metallic taste. And I m extremely tired and constantly light headed or dizziness. And I ll get sharps pains through out my body.. And I m getting cold chills and it s very hard to sleep

Hello welcome to HCM. I think you have viral fever. Take analgesic tablets like DOLO 650 mg three times after taking food. This will relieve your pain. Also get one complete blood check up to see whether there is any abnormality. If it is viral fever, all symptoms subside by 5 days. Take care..
