General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms as mentioned in your post can be attributed to the accumulation of gas secondary to increased acid production in the stomach. This in turn is causing the headache and dizziness due to inadequate intake of food.

Symptomatic relief can be obtained with intake of Pantoprazole+ Domperidone preparation (to be taken twice a day before meals) & antacid gel (to be taken after meals). They prevent the formation of excess acid in the stomach & provide symptomatic relief.

If symptoms still persist, kindly consult your Physician for proper clinical examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.

Regards,
Dr Polash Sannigrahi
