Suggest Treatment For Nausea, Headache And Soreness In The Temple

I ve recently suffered from nausea, acute sense of smell to things that heightened the nausea, as well as soreness in my temple followed by migraines an hour or so after the soreness occured. I m worried this could be something serious. I ve been getting fractured sleep because of work and family, and I ve been under a fair amount of stress due to a project at work.

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have nausea, headache and soreness in the temple . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like sinusitis , diabetes , multiple sclerosis , food poisoning or allergic reaction. The symptoms can also occur due to migraine . I would suggest you to drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated , take antihistamine like benadryl , and take green tea with ginger . If condition doesn't get well then consult general practitioner for proper examination .Doctor may order blood test , check vitals , and take history . Doctor may prescribe anti inflammatory , frusemide , antiemetic drug , vasograine and analgesic . Doctor may also refer you to orthopedic surgeon for joint swelling .
