Suggest Treatment For Nausea, Dizziness And Tiredness After Flu

Hi, After being sick for most of November (flu-like symptoms that came and went over the month), for the last week, I have been feeling nauseous, dizzy, and extremely tired in the evenings. My head feel "heavy" and my eyesight has been blurry (I wear contacts). For awhile I thought it was just another symptom of being sick but now I no longer cough or have chest congestion so I am a bit worried. Thanks!

hi
your problems are due to prolonged illness, especially viral fever, which are of long duration but self limiting most of the time.
the residual effects are post fever myalgia & weakness what you are suffering right now.
nausea, dizziness can also be drug induced side effects.
please stop all the medications ,
continuing with multivitamin therapy, protein powders or dietary protein, electrolyte solutions like tender coconut or electral oral solutions & good nutritious diet
keep your self hydrated properly.
all the best
take care
