Suggest Treatment For Nausea, Diarrhea, Headaches And Metallic Taste In Mouth

I have been on the generic for Flagyl for 5 days 500mg 3 times a day for 14 days. I was dianosed with a stomach bacteria. The last two days I have been having nausea, diarrhea, headache, body aches, and a metallic taste in my mouth. I have no desire to eat. I take it with food and have had no alcohol. Is there an alternative antibiotic I can take tnat does not have these or as many sidebbrffects.
