Suggest Treatment For Nausea And Weakness During Periods

My 15 year old daughter is having her period and has had to come home from school on more than one occasion because she is very weak, pale, almost fainted and is having nausea. She is NOT having severe cramps, clotting or diarrhea. School nurse took vital and they are fine. Not sure if this is something serious that warrants a doctor visit. Please advise.

hello thank you for writing us here.
its because she's getting anaemic. its common in adolescent girls and for this, she'll need to take iron supplements.
she'll bet better in 3 - 4 weeks.
make sure she eats properly and is well hydrated all the time. also all some green leafy vegetables in her diet.

God bless you and your daughter.
best regards,
