Thank you... This is my 1st time... I have some concerns. I am in a financial difficulty so I am unable to go to the Dr. ( I do not have a Dr. My Dr retired in another state )?
History: I was donating my plasma, Tues. 10/14/14 at a center in St. George, Utah. I am a client, 1 or 2 times per week, off & on> When the girl inserted the needle, she mentioned she must of hit some scar tissue? Did I hear that? During the donation 1/3 of the way thru, the machine started reacting. Someone came over to adjust the needle in my arm. I was continuing to complain, that things were different & my arm hurt? Fluid was building, & pressure in my arm.. Everyone assured me, everything was ok? After the complete donation. I was not feeling very good. It was ovious with my arm. I complained, & ask to speak with someone about my concerns.. The nurse, ask me to lye down, Soon after, my signs started changing. I was very nausea, & light headed, unable to respond after some time. My blood pressure was falling,the last I remembered they mentioned ( 60 plus over 40 plus )? I was unable to respond, remembering I was afraid. At some point, I wanted to go to the emergency. I overheard a phone conversation, that was mentioned there was concerns of a blood clott? The ambulance was called & I was taken to emergency?
When I arrived, after fluids were given while at the center. I was becoming alert. I was being accured of taking drugs or achahole? When the Dr. came in, I mentioned to him.. I just wanted to go home. & take card of myself. ( Time has passed ) & I am experiencing pressure in my chest from time to time. Very tired.. *** Is there anything, I need to be aware of???? ***
