i got my period at the end of January and it finished in February it only lasted for 4 days. i didn t get my period in February after that. Now i feel nauseous in my stomach but its on and off, i sometime have a fluttery feeling as well, and when i wake up in the morning i feel nauseous like i want to throw up but i don t. Now I m feeling nauseous, and i got a cold and a very slight headache. Can i be pregnant even though i took a test and it came out negative. Is it too soon to tell. What symptoms would you say I have?

Hii
First thing is we need to evaluate for your non occurrence of periods. I advise you to get ultrasound Abdomen pelvis , it will confirm whether you are pregnant or not and also it will look into the other causes.
If pregnancy is ruled out then we need to find the cause for your vomiting. It could be due to indigestion or hyperacidity or improper movement of your gut.
If you were my patient first i would get an ultrasound abdomen scan done and if it's normal then go for certain other blood test and endoscopy.
I advise you to get scanning done and revert back for further discussion.
