For the last 6-9 months I m nauseous everyday & I throw up or dry heave a couple times a week. I have this really bad pain in my chest that hurts all the time & sometimes it hurts so bad that it puts me in tears My dr has done scopes & biopsies & they ve all came back normal. They checked me for Celiac disease & determined I don t have it. This last week they did a test where I have a tube up my nose & down my esophagus to monitor the amount of acid I m producing & that test came back normal too. If there s anything that you might think it could be please let me know then I can talk to my dr about testing for them.
Hello Dear. I guess your doctor has done all the tests. Endoscopy, test for H. Pylori infection etc. You have been evaluated for all the causes of pain abdomen. You have acid peptic disease (Gastritis). Some of the tips you need to follow
1. Do not eat spicy food 2. Take medications without fail as prescribed by your doctor 3. Take little food at frequent intervals. Breakfast around 8am, small snack at 11am, lunch at 1pm, small snack at 4pm and dinner at 8pm 4. Drink plenty of water 5. Do not take much of stress. Stress aggravates gastrits 6. Do regular exercise. Atleast half an hour per day 7. Learn meditation techniques 8. Follow this regularly for 21 days. It is said that anything you practice regularly for 21 days becomes a habit
