Suggest Treatment For Muscle Spasms In The Upper Abdomen

I have muscle spasms in my upper abdomen, non painful but has been getting worse in the last 3 1/2 weeks. Each spasm lasts about 2 seconds, used to only last 1 second. It extends from lower stomach regions to thorax cavity and from each side to side.
