Suggest Treatment For Muscle Cramps, Numbness In Arms And Hands
My arms and hands go numb at different times for no reason. Numbness last a few minutes but sometimes happen several times during day and night. Last night I woke on 4 different times with a very bad cramp in my right palm. Pain last a couple minutes then stops.

The symptoms seem to be related to muscular cramps. I recommend using muscle relaxant such as Baclofen three times a day. I also suggest using magnesium supplement for muscle relaxation.
