Suggest Treatment For Mucus Discharge From The Nose

I've noticed for a while now that I constantly have a drippy nose. It's always in my right nostril.

It's been like this for maybe 6 months or more. I've never had this problem in the past so I would doubt allergies since my eyes aren't watery/itchy. I don't do drugs either. It's a clear like fluid, but most of the time when I blow my nose, I can't get anything out. I'm just so tired of constantly sniffing/blowing my nose. I've tried cold medicine, allergy medicine, mucinex, and a saline salt spray. Nothing works.

I'm 21 years of age, and my classes start in a couple of weeks and I don't want to disturb my classmates anymore with my nose blowing.
