Suggest Treatment For Mouth Ulcers

i have had a sore throat(swollen glands) and a temp atire since Saturday , three days ago I got a lot of mouth ulcers all on the inside of my upper and lower lip, yesterday and today I ve been throwing up and haven t been eating at all! What s wrong with me?

thank you for asking the question.
swollen glands inside mouth with fever indicates infection to salivary gland. due to infection there is also ulcer develop inside mouth.
consult a doctor and do a CBC to confirm the diagnosis.
main treatment in this case is antibiotics which relieves symptoms after 48 hours.
to prevent reinfection, you can drink 6-8 glass of water daily, avoid smoking, maintain good oral hygiene by doing brush and floss daily,eat healthy diet etc.
