Suggest Treatment For Mouth Ulcers And Oral Thrush

Sir I have sex with a married lady past 5 years without safe on june 1 I have sex with a prostute without safe and I check July 7th on tri dot method its come negative and once again check on September 2 nd its also negative on sep 13 th I sex with the five years contact lady on Nov 2 I take test in govt hospital its negative and I also take test on 24 and 28 day its also negative on 20 th Nov I also check the five years contact lady she also negative but I feel bad I have small ulcers in my inner mouth and weight can reduced 4 kg and thrush in my tongue DEC 3 I test once again on tri dot method its also negative please suggest

As per your query ulcers in mouth and oral thrush needs not to be necessarily due to HIV and while it can be due to a number of causes like reduced immunity, dry mouth, side effect of medications like antibiotics and steroids, hormonal changes etc..

As HIV takes a long time to become symptomatic, therefore it seems to be less probably the cause..

I would therefore suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like microscopy of the scraping from tongue can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..

In case of oral thrush you can be advised antifungal medications like Nystatin mouthwash, Clotrimazole lozenges and oral medications like Fluconazole, Itraconazole etc..
Take more of probiotics like Yogurt and garlic..
Drink plenty of water..
For sores in mouth gargle with numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine and take Vitamin B complex supplements..
