Suggest Treatment For Motion Sickness

My brother suffered a stroke July 29 and when he was riding to an appointment he suffered with vomiting (motion sickness). Today he rode in a car as well and suffered from motion sickness again his stroke was also a brain bleed and left some paralysis in the right side is this normal and will this last forever??

If it was a stroke most probably these symptoms will last forever. They can get a bit better but no way to disappear.
