Suggest Treatment For Migraine

Hi. I suffer from migraine for a long time. I guess it started when I was in school. I generally take an NSAID. It used to work till last year. But now even after taking 3-4 tablets over a period of 3-4 days, it does not go. I have started taking sumatriptan. It works but my headache is back after a few hours. What do I do? In fact I have got an attack right now. It started two nights ago.

Dear
I am sorry for the symptoms you are suffering
Unfortunately migraine attacks are very difficult to be dominated
Triptans and NSAID can help if they are taken during first hour of attack
If your attacks are often (meaning each week one attack) then you need to start continued medication (such as amitryptiline)
Hope my answer will help you
Regards
