Suggest Treatment For Migraine

hello. Most of my adult life I have suffered from migraines, usually on the R) side, but they stopped when I menopaused. Yippee!!! I had a vaginal hysterectomy three weeks ago and since then I have had two debilitating L) sided migraines in the last two weeks. Nothing I take will stay down and it lasts around 24 hours. My ovaries remain intact but what can I do to stop them. I don't want them back so I hope you can help please.

Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that you had menopause and cut off of estrogen, and you would have had total hysterectomy, with harmone replacement treatment, so you might be getting full dose of estrogen, and the head ache is repeated.
If it is not correct the reason may be different, and you have to consult a physician for the probable reason.
Avoid taking spices, junk foods, and oily foods. Also avoid untimely foods.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
