Suggest Treatment For Migraine Headaches And Severe Body Pain

HI my name is Tashima im 28 i suffer from full body pain and migraine headaches ok where to start the headaches come every day to every other day two to three times a day some times more in the front of the for head middle top and both sides of back with flashes cant do loudness or light dizzy spells alot ear and jaw pain neak pain tightness down sides and back pain right in the bone going into sholders very tight knots weekness in arms sore and stiffness slight tingling both sides im talking about my right is worse going deep into my shloder blade i fell in tub about 1 yr ago xray fine hip pain same xray fine with the hips it feels as if they need to pop back in place or somthing or to streched out kinda like the rt sholder constent aches and pain numbness and stiffness blood test are not showing anything now its going into my knees and feet a have fibro facet arthopathy in my lower lumbar bone spurs in my neck ive gone to PT so meany diff times in it now an i even feel a little better after but my whole body just flares up and gets so swolen and sore im just stumped
