I've recently been using premarin creme and it hasn't been helping. I had a very mild stroke about a month ago and suffer from major migraines. I'm on Topamax and will be seeing a neurologist next month. My primary Dr thinks I may have a seizure disorder. I question the premarin creme. I doesn't work. I used to use Black Hosh and Vitamin E oil for Vaginal moisture. It seemed to help better. I don't like the risks for the Premarin Creme. Can I go back to using Black Cohosh with the medication that I'm on? I'm also using 15 MG Mobic, 150 MG Wellbutrin and .25 MG Xanax and Imitrex as needed .
