Suggest Treatment For Migrain And Muscle Pain

I have had the following symptoms occurring frequently in the past week: - sharp pain in inner upper right arm muscle - numbing sensation in chin area occurring for 10 second durations - migraines with painful forehead especially in specific areas - dark spot appeared suddenly on outer right eye area Extremely fatigued Any ideas?

Hi.

I had gone through your query.

Sudden onset of headache with vision difficulty may require following investigation to find out proper etiology.

Eye sight and fundas examination.It will shows any papillodeama that suggest raise in interracial tension.
MRI brain/CT scan will helpful to rule out any pressure producing lesion or space occupying lesions.

Routine neurological work up are also advisable if pain is not reducing with analgesic medicines.
So consult neurologist for further assistance.
