Suggest Treatment For Mid To Right-sided Pain In The Chest

I have this pain right in the middle or to the right in my chest. It is fine when I lay down, but hurts most of the time, when i am up sitting or standing. Sometimes worse than others. I have a lot of other health issues, like I have paratoneal cancer and have had it for 5 years. I and am currently being treated with Keytruda. I have completed two treatments as of now and getting a third next week. I asked my Oncologist, but he could not help me. I can find nothing to relieve it, except to lie down.

Hopefully this information will guide you properly.
