Psychiatrist 's  Response
Dear Divya,

I am sorry to read about the difficulties you have had to face in your life. I can completely understand what you must be going through.

You should consider consulting a psychiatrist for your problems. Ant-depressants like escitalopram will help you overcome your stress and feel more confident. In addition, supportive therapy sessions where you can discuss your problems and deburden yourself will also help. Relaxation exercises like deep breathing and progressive muscular relaxation will help you relax and feel better.

I do hope that I was able to answer your query. Best wishes.
