Hello,

According to my knowledge and what you have told me, this does not seem to be case of memory loss as you have not mentioned any loss of previous memories (events, people, locations). To me this seems to be due to high levels of stress which is making it difficult for you to learn things.

Student life can be hard. I would advice you the following:
1. Start meditating on a daily basis it will help you to relax
2. Increase your physical activity, start exercising or playing sports.
3. Take 30 minute breaks after every hour of studying. It will help you learn better.
4. You can start group study
5. Don’t overuse caffeine, use herbal teas instead when studying
6. Don’t relate success to academic achievements. Studying is just a part of life since there is more to life than just studying. This will help you relax and do better
7. Start writing your thoughts on a note book, this might ease your worries and help you relax
8. Maintain a good diet, eat almonds daily and stay hydrated

I hope doing these things will help you learn better. I would advice you to not link academic achievements with success, try to enjoy while being a student.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
