General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The MRI head done for you shows that the pituitary gland is filling the sella (pituitary fossa) partially and this is not a serious problem. The brain is otherwise normal. In such a situation, your memory loss, weakness and headaches needs to be evaluated from the migraine point of view or any similar headaches which can be caused due to stress related anxiety. I suggest you consult a psychiatrist to know if you are having any stress associated condition and take treatment for it. Doing physical exercises and yoga might help.
