Hello,
I am Dr Adil,
I have worked in dermatology unit, and i tell you these depigmentation creams have very good results. Visit your dermatologist every two weeks, until you get desired results. Once they are gone, you may stop using them, after that your dermatologist may prescribe you a good quality sun block and also a good quality multivitamin supplements.

This will stop their recurrence. You should use a sunblock in the morning, noon and afternoon for quick results. .

Regards
I find this answer helpful
