Suggest Treatment For Major Sinus And A Tumor On The Pituitary Gland

My friend has had a headache for 8 days, it hurts her head bad when she sneezes or jerks her head. Her teeth hurt when she chews. Neck is also achy. She has major sinus issues, polyps in sinuses. A tumor , Benign, on her pituitary gland. She is having an MRI, MRA tomorrow. I am a massage therapist and want to give her a light massage tonight. She had a short bout of vertigo 8 days ago. It lasted about 2 minutes. She feels like a massage may help her neck. I do not see any specific contraindications, and Dr. Didn t give any precautionary instructions. She saw her Dr. Today, Any thoughts on the massage not being okay at this time?

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The massage should be okay , it would not affect the mass on the pituitary or should not have an effect on her history of vertigo.

It may help to relieve the discomfort in her neck

I hope this helps
