Hi,

The mainstay of therapy for sarcoidosis is medications which suppress the immune system such as corticosteroids and steroid sparing immune suppressants such as Methotrexate, Azathioprine etc. However, I doubt your doctors are not aware and have not considered such medications. It is a very complex condition and in order to speak of more concrete regimens much more information is necessary such as medical, lab and imaging reports as well as the previously tried regimens.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
