Suggest Treatment For Lump On The Tongue And Soreness In The Throat

I have a medium sized lump on the inside of my tongue towards the tip and in the middle of accompanied with little white spots all over my mouth and soreness in my throat and slight discoloration of the tongue what could have caused this and what might it be

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain small lump over tongue along with white spots can be due to causes like Apthous ulcers or canker sores while it can also be due to herpes virus infection causing cold sores or Bullous Pemphegoid..
Sore throat can be due to throat infection caused by bacteria or virus..
I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like tongue swab culture, blood tests etc can help in diagnosis and treatment can be planned accordingly..
As of now you can do warm saline gargles..
In case if there is pain you can gargle with a numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine.
Take a multivitamin tablet daily..
You can take anti inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen..
Take a soft diet, avoid spicy food and drink plenty of water..
Maintain a good oral hygiene..
