Suggest Treatment For Lump On My Left Breast

I am 24 and was giving myself a breast exam, and found a half dollar sized lump on my left brest, midline to the nipple but on the top of the aereola. When I squeezed it, a greenish yellow milky pus came out, followed by blood and clear oozing liquid. The lump is firm, does not move, and does not hurt. On and off I have clear nipple discharge for about a year now. My breasts have been feeling very swollen and tender the past few weeks, although I am not ovulationg or getting my period.

Hello ,
thank you for your question . If you were my patient i would suggest a physical exam by a general surgeon . You will probably need mamography to rule out carcinoma . As you said ,that there is pus discharge from the lump , i think it is probably abscess. In either way you will need a surgery for excision of the lump and hystopathology .
Best regards
