Suggest Treatment For Lump On Forehead And Black Eyes After Injury

My daughter was involved in a car accident 2 months ago and sustained a lump to the center of her forehead and black eyes (severe). The black eyes have not completely healed and it appears like she has dark rings around her eye. What should I do to assist the healing process?

These happen due to a combination of thinning and laxity of the skin around the eye and prolapse of the septum which holds the fat inside the orbit back. These can be corrected by an operation called blepharoplasty or eyelid tuck.
