Hi, this is a small nodule that is mobile but not painful. In such cases, according to experience, we have to think of several possibilities like:

1. a colloid cyst of thyroid

2. a branchial / lymphatic cyst / sebaceous cyst

3. a lymph node

in any case there is nothing to worry but you have to confirm it first; for confirmation you have to go for USG/FNAC test.

Please do these tests first and get back to us for farther assistance.

wish you best health!
