Suggest Treatment For Lump Near Anus

I have a pea sized lump near my anus. It's dark blueish purple and has been there for about 5 days now. It's moderately painful, but the pain has been less so the past two days. I have taken sitz baths maybe twice a day, but the swelling doesn't seem to go away. How long until this goes away? And will it leave any noticeable damage to my anus?

it can be external piles. it is good that you have taken sitzbath. apply nproctosedyl ointment per anal canal. take cremafin at bedtime. take bland dietand sufficiant water to avoid constipation.
