Suggest Treatment For Lump Inside The Nose

Hi, I have a seriously painful big bump inside my left nostril. I can feel it with a finger and can be seen with a mirror. For the past few weeks I ve had awful, cringe worthy pains in boTh nostrils but the bump just showed up yesterday. The coincidence scares me.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain a big painful lump inside the nostril can be due to staph infection that is a bacterial infection..
It can lead to inflammation and pain..
Other thing is that in case if it is a skin coloured lump that is hanging inside the nostril can be a nasal polyp..
I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a clinical examination and nasal endoscopy can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..
In case of infection antibiotics can be advised along with steroid nasal sprays..
In case of nasal polyp steroid nasal sprays, steroid injection or surgical excision if conservative treatment does not work will be advised..
