Suggest Treatment For Lump In Tonsils

I have a fairly good sized white lump on my left tonsil. I am certain I do not have strep throat (have had that and tonsillitis dozens of times in my life). I have active Pyoderma Faciale that I am being treated with Prednisone. I thought I have tonsil stones but now I wonder if it may be that condition spread to my throat. Is that possible?

Hello
Thanks for asking to HCM
It could be tonsil stone or just food material in tonsil.or it could be follicular tonsillitis.
These 3 conditions could be the diagnosis according to the history.
See there are crypts or opening in tonsil . Which is normal.
The food gets lodged in the crypts. And so it may get stuck and become some or debris in tonsil. Because of recurrent infection which is present in your case. This may lead to follicle formation which are pus points from where the debris come out.
Your need to take antibiotic and gargle.
In doubt do reply
Regards
