Hi,
welcome to health care magic,

First this ear lump needs to be diagnosed by visual inspection or look at the swelling whether it is boil or cyst or abscess.

Your severe chest pain also needs to be diagnosed by complete hemogram,ESR,electrolytes,EKG and other chest findings.

If there is no issue with heart than you can take analgesics (diclofenac) and antacids (rantac or pantoprazole) for symptomatic relief.

You can consult physician for further help and to get relieved from your back pain in thoracic region.

Regards,
I find this answer helpful
